SNBH Series Package Pressure Tanks;
It is designed to pressurize the water and other harmless liquids (that are not explosive and do not contain solid particles and fibers).
SNBH series Pressure Tanks are manufactured as having 1,2 and 3 pumps. It can be manufactured with more pumps on demand.
In SNBH series Pressure Tank systems, the ELECTRONIC CONTROL and PROTECTION (EKK) unit, which is designed by us within our premises, is used. EKK boards are manufactured as with bank selector or frequency converter on demand.

Package Pressure Tanks

– Pressure Tanks can be manufactured as having 1, 2, 3 or more pumps based on the required flow rate.

– In our pressure tank systems, the electronic control and protection board (Pressure tank kit) designed by us is used.

– Inverter, phase control and liquid level control functions are available as standard features in pressure tanks with multiple pumps.

– The pressure tanks can be operated in two different modes including automatic and manual as PRESSURE TANKS. The pressure tank has to be continuously operated in automatic mode. In case of a fault with the pressure tank kit, it can be temporarily operated manually under control because phase relay, liquid level relay and inverter relay are all deactivated in manual mode.

– In multi-systems, the pumps are activated in order and deactivated in order by taking the low pressure as a reference based on the water requirement.

– The liquid level electrodes controlling the pressure tank kit prevent the operation of pumps without water.

– In case of cutout of any of the electric phases; voltage drops in one or several phases, and phase order changes that occur in phases such as (RST)-(RTS), there is a phase controlling and sequencing system that protects the system to prevent the malfunction of the system.

– The electric material used in the pressure tank board is chosen among the reliable and quality brands.

– For each START, always the next pump will start to be operated initially, and all the pumps will be enabled to be operated alternatively.
